Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, you pay the return shipping cost (non-refundable).
- For defective or incorrect items, Orecoy covers all return shipping costs.
Inspection & Approval
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
- We will then notify you if your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition and eligibility.
