  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 28 days of the receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return Shipping:
    • For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
    • For defective or incorrect items, Orecoy will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Inspection & Approval:
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on condition and eligibility.

2. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    • First, check your bank or credit card account.
    • Then, contact your bank or credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept exchanges for items that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of voluntary exchanges.

4. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Orecoy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments unless the item was returned due to damage or defect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will take full responsibility and provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
