Ordering
1. How can I place an order on Orecoy?
Simply browse our product selection and add your desired items to the cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information. Review your order and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
2. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to assist. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Note: Once your order is processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible. You may request a return instead.
3. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide gift wrapping or personalized messages.
Shipping
1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the United States.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after shipping.
3. How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
4. Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping services.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
2. How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we approve and process the return.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect items, Orecoy will cover return shipping in full.
Order Cancellation
1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting [email protected] with your order number.
2. What if my order has already shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have shipped. You may return the item within 28 days for a refund.

2. Can I apply a discount after placing an order?
No — all discounts and promo codes must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively.
