- Unprocessed Orders: If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Processed or Shipped Orders: If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may request a return following our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Refunds for Shipped Orders
- If the cancellation request is made after the item has shipped, you must return the item after delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
3. Orecoy’s Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
- Product Unavailability: The item is no longer in stock or cannot be fulfilled.
- Pricing Errors: The item was listed with incorrect pricing or product information.
- Suspected Fraud: The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

4. Pre-Order Cancellations
- You may cancel a pre-order any time before it is processed or shipped.
- If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to stock issues or delays, we will automatically cancel it and issue a full refund.
