Here you’ll find clear answers to the most common questions about ordering, shipping, returns, cancellations, and payments at Orecoy.


Ordering

1. How can I place an order on Orecoy?
Browse our products and add your chosen items to the cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, review your order, and click “Place Order.”

2. Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to make changes. Email us at support@orecoy.com as soon as possible.
Note: Once an order ships, changes are not possible. You can still request a return.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
At this time, we do not provide gift wrapping or personalized messages.


Shipping

1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the United States.

2. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays). Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.

3. How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.


Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. How do I start a return?
Email support@orecoy.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–8 business days after we approve and inspect the returned item.

4. Who pays for return shipping?

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers pay the return shipping cost.
  • For defective or incorrect items, Orecoy covers the return shipping cost in full.

Order Cancellation

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. Contact us immediately at support@orecoy.com with your order number.

2. What if my order has shipped?
If your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.


Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club
  • PayPal

2. Can I apply a discount after placing an order?
No. All discounts and promo codes must be applied during checkout. They cannot be applied after the order is placed.
