  2. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and step-by-step return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, you pay the return shipping cost (non-refundable).
  • For defective or incorrect items, Orecoy covers all return shipping costs.

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
  • We will then notify you if your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition and eligibility.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–8 business days to your original payment method.

If Your Refund is Delayed

3. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

4. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  • Orecoy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments unless the return is due to damage or defect.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@orecoy.com.
We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
